Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, country, phone number where provided, and the artist or label names associated with your account.

Release information: audio files, artwork, metadata, credits, rights declarations and identifiers such as ISRC and UPC codes.

Financial information: payout method details, withdrawal history and royalty statements. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.

Usage information: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and IP address, collected to keep the service secure and to improve it.

To operate the platform: reviewing and delivering releases, issuing identifiers, importing royalty reports and processing withdrawals.

To communicate with you about releases, payouts, support tickets, service changes and, where you have opted in, marketing updates.

To detect and prevent fraud, streaming manipulation and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We share release content and the metadata required for delivery with the stores and platforms you select. This is the core purpose of the service.

We use vetted processors for hosting, payments, email delivery and analytics. They may only process data on our instructions and under contract.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose information to authorities only where legally required or to protect rights and safety.

Account and release records are retained while your account is active and for seven years afterwards, which is the period required for royalty accounting, tax and rights disputes.

Support correspondence is retained for three years. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

Most of these actions can be performed from your account settings. For anything else, email privacy@regalnation.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. This does not affect transactional email about your releases and payouts.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Audio and artwork are stored in private storage that requires an authenticated, time-limited link to access.

Access to production data is limited to staff who need it, and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, so we also encourage strong, unique passwords on your account.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure form submissions, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

You can block non-essential cookies through your browser settings without losing access to your account.

Our infrastructure and delivery partners operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.

The platform is not intended for children under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under that age without appropriate consent, we delete it.
