Question 1

How long does it take for my music to go live?

Accepted Answer

Most releases appear on major platforms within 2 to 5 business days after approval. Professional plans get 48-hour priority delivery and Label plans get 24-hour express delivery. We recommend submitting at least three weeks before your release date so you can pitch for playlists.

Question 2

Do I keep ownership of my music?

Accepted Answer

Always. Regal Nation never takes ownership of your masters, compositions or artwork. You license us to distribute, and you can take your catalogue down at any time.

Question 3

How much of my royalties do I keep?

Accepted Answer

Professional and Label plans keep 100% of net streaming royalties. The Starter plan keeps 85%. There are no hidden per-store deductions — statements show exactly what each platform paid.

Question 4

When and how do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

Platforms report to us on a two to three month delay. Once earnings post to your account you can withdraw any balance above $25 at any time via bank transfer, PayPal or Wise. Withdrawals are processed within five business days.

Question 5

Can I split royalties with collaborators?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add collaborators by email at the track level with a percentage split. We pay each participant directly from their own dashboard, so you never have to manually forward money.

Question 6

What audio format do you require?

Accepted Answer

WAV or FLAC, 16-bit or 24-bit, at 44.1kHz or higher. We also accept high-bitrate MP3 for reference, but lossless is required for delivery to stores.

Question 7

Can I move an existing catalogue to Regal Nation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Label plans include free catalogue migration — we retain your existing ISRCs and UPCs so streaming history, playlist placements and follower counts stay intact.

Question 8

What happens if I stop paying?

Accepted Answer

Your releases stay live for the remainder of the paid term. We will notify you 30 days before expiry so nothing disappears unexpectedly.
